A traditional oak framed extension to a grade II listed farmhouse just outside Swindon.

 

Highlands near Calne

A superb demonstration of and rebuild of a 5 bedroomed detached property, using traditional Cotswold stone and reclaimed roof tiles. This house was constructed to a very high specification incorporating stone floors, a handmade kitchen and an oak staircase.

A Cotswold stone detached house in a busy village; speculatively built for our client who has plans for more.

 

West End Cottage, Foxham

A sympathetic two storey extension to this grade II listed character property.

 

Hazeland Mill

This old mill building was stripped back to its front façade and the elevation pictured was completely rebuilt. Other works included the reconstruction of all floors, new elm staircases and doors, and under-floor heating.

 

Nursteed Farmhouse, Devizes

A derelict grade II listed farmhouse carefully renovated into a desirable country residence. This property was on the verge of collapse. After careful removal of the front facade, new oak beams were used to construct an oak framework of traditional design. The end result is proof of continual dialogue with both the client and the Conservation Officer.
