Wilkins Builders has a strong track record in the education sector. We have an ability to deliver a wide range of schemes, including extensions, alterations and refurbishments and are proud of our portfolio of customers including Wiltshire Council, Marlborough College and University of Bath.
We understand the need to maintain a safe and productive learning environment during the build process. We ensure that we work closely with the schools to understand their needs and exceed their requirements.
We are recognised within Wiltshire as best in class and ensure that we consistently deliver our projects on time and within budget with the minimum amount of disruption to the learning environment.
Over many years Wilkins have acquired the balance of skills necessary to work successfully in occupied schools. Staff and students are kept well-informed and safe, by the use of daily and weekly liaison meetings with the schools team ensuring that the everyday routines of the school are not affected.
We have established and implemented procedures for working in these particularly sensitive environments, with our staff developing an emphasis towards client relations, which is reflected in our success in this sector. Many of our Clients have returned to us with repeat projects on the basis of our previous successful project delivery; and this stems from our ability to very quickly understand the needs of the school and our “can-do” attitude in relation to problem solving.
